I want to really focus on hearing more about how others might want to get involved with PSCA, sharing my understanding of what it is to serve, and figuring out ways to make it rewarding and productive for neighbors to get involved with the organization.My work with the board to date gives me a great deal of experience to draw on in all areas of operation for our neighborhood association – for example, ensuring smooth operations related to our neighborhood association’s RCO role, managing tree plantings, contributing to gardening activities and SPOAC and Passyunk Gardens, negotiating our new trash contract, maintaining relationships with school and park groups, and working with other non-profit groups in our area, the 3rd Police District, and local and state government offices.
